Cancellation Policy:

If you want to cancel the order before your product has been shipped, we will initiate the refund after deducting a nominal charge of 2% of the order value within 24-72 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
If your product has been shipped or delivered to you then we will initiate refund for the amount after deducting the shipping charges (both side) and a nominal charge of 3% of the order value within 24-72 business hours after receiving the product.

Note:

You must return the goods in its original and proper packaging for initiating refund.
We will not accept any type of damaged/defective, seal broken or wrong product from customers for cancellation or return/refund of products.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of receipt of the returned item(s).
Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.

Eligibility for Refund:

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the item(s) excluding any shipping charges incurred.
Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through Iya Naturals. For purchases made through third-party retailers, please refer to their respective refund policies.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): –

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
On sale items or Discounted items.
If you have received an item that is damaged/defective or wrong, just send email us at the earliest, as mentioned above, at info@iyanaturals.com to initiate the return and refund process for the goods/item(s) purchased by you.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item(s) / good(s) / product(s) returned by you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
